Goods purchased in the electronic store www.karaliskajuvelyrika.lt are delivered from the Republic of Lithuania to all cities in Lithuania and the EU, as well as outside the EU.

Each amber product is made personally for you, so the production of some products may take 1-5 working days, depending on the complexity of the product.

Your goods will be delivered abroad by the local post office. Dispatch via Lietuvos Paštas AB to the specified address. You will be able to track the path of the parcel online, post.lt on the page. Items are delivered within 7-20 working days, depending on the recipient's country.

International shipping outside European Union
Delivery price EUR 9.00
Your goods will be delivered abroad by the local post office. Dispatch via Lietuvos Paštas AB to the specified address. You will be able to track the path of the parcel online, post.lt on the page. Items are delivered within 10-25 working days, depending on the recipient's country.

DHL Express international delivery
If you want DHL Express delivery, contact us before placing an order. 
The delivery price is calculated depending on the recipient's country.
Your goods will be delivered abroad by a DHL Express courier to the specified address. You will be able to track the path of the package online at www.dhl.com. The goods are delivered within 2-5 working days, depending on the recipient's country.

Additional customs and import fees for shipments outside European Union
 For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to customs and import duties in the recipient country in accordance with the laws of that country. Customs procedures may extend the delivery time. Buyer is responsible for all customs and import charges that may apply.

Free delivery in Lithuania.
The goods are delivered within 1-3 working days.
In the event of an overcrowded terminal, shipments may be delayed or diverted to the nearest free terminal of your choice.

Delivery is a registered Lithuanian Post parcel in Lithuania
Delivery price is 2.50 EUR
AB "Lietuvos paštas" will deliver your goods to the specified address personally and with a signature in the first half of the day (8-12 am).
If at that time you are not at the specified address or the parcel will not fit in your mailbox, the postman will leave an information sheet with information where you can pick up the parcel at AB "Lietuvos paštas" department.
You will be able to track the path of the parcel online, post.lt on the page. The goods are sent by registered priority mail. The goods are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Registered mail that fits in the inbox will be delivered to it.
If the parcel does not fit in the inbox, postal parcels with the recipient's phone number can be sent to LP express terminals or returned for collection at the nearest Lithuanian post office.

Delivery "LP Express" courier service in Lithuania
The delivery price is 4.50 EUR
The LP Express courier will deliver the goods to your desired address: to your home, workplace or other specified address. Parcels are delivered in all cities of Lithuania between 8:00 and 18:00.
The courier will inform you by phone about the estimated delivery time. The goods are delivered within 1-3 working days.

Pick-up of goods on site (Only in Šiauliai city, Lithuania)
You can pick up the ordered goods free of charge in the physical store "Gintaro Galerija" at the address: Vilniaus st. 146 (pedestrian Boulevard), Šiauliai 76297;
You can collect the product only after receiving a notification by phone or e-mail. by mail that your order is ready for collection. Have the order confirmation document or order number with you.
