• You can pay for the Coupon by bank card, online banking or PayPal.
• Validity of the coupon - one year from the date of purchase.
• The coupon is not exchangeable for money, it cannot be returned.
• If the amount of goods does not reach the value of the Coupon, no return is given. If the amount of goods is greater, you can pay up with your own funds.
• If the Coupon has not been used within the validity period, the money is not refunded and the product or service is considered to have been provided.
• One Coupon can be used only once, after which the Coupon is cancelled.
• The coupon is protected by a unique, one-time code.
• The purchased Coupon is a digital product, so we will send it to the email you specified email in the checkout section.

xAll our products are made from natural Baltic amber. Each piece of amber is hand-crafted from raw amber to finished product. Our products are 100% natural amber, without chemicals, dyes, and without additional impurities such as plastic or epoxy resin. All our products are made from amber found and mined in the Baltic region (not copal or other cheap substitutes).
Please note that amber is unique and each amber product is handmade, so the shades and internal patterns of some amber jewelry may differ when comparing the products in your hands with the catalog photos.

Each amber product is made personally for you, so the production of the product takes about 1-5 working days, depending on the complexity of the product. Most often, we produce, prepare and ship the products within two days.
